Our school participated last year. Do we need to re-register for this year?
No. We will automatically send the drawing kit in September.

Can a child submit more that one Christmas card design?
Only one design can be submitted per child.

What drawing materials can the children use to create their drawings?
Felt-tip pens, coloured pencils and/or ink only. Any combination of these can be used on the drawings.

Do you accept children's drawings that are not on your templates?
No. Drawings must be submitted on Christmas Cards for Schools� templates only, for scanning and sizing purposes.

The school has run out of the children's drawing templates. What do we do?
More templates can be downloaded from the Co-ordinator's section of the website.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
Yes. Each school must place a minimum order of 25 packs of cards. Each pack contains 12 cards with envelopes and parents can order multiple packs if they wish. There is no minimum order for mugs, coasters or gift tags (6 gift tags per set).

Is there a minimum number of pupils that can participate in any one school?

Can groups other than schools participate?
Yes, we can provide cards for any organisation, charity or business.

Can card designs be submitted by friends or relatives of the children attending the named school?
Yes, we do this but they must be supplied on our drawing templates.

Do you print on the inside of the cards or are they left blank?
There is a choice of greetings for the inside of the cards: "Season's Greetings", "Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year" or "Nadolig Llawen". Alternatively, the inside of the cards may be left blank, however the entire order of cards can only be in one of these options"

Is there a deadline date for the Co-ordinator to submit pupils' drawings?
A return date can be found on the instruction sheet which accompanies the Drawing Kit. We generally request that the drawings are returned within 3 weeks of the Kit being despatched to you

How do the children's drawings get to Christmas Cards for Schools?
The Co-ordinator collects the drawings from the class teachers and takes them to a local Post Office with our Free Artwork Return Label

My child's name is spelt incorrectly on their sample card, what can I do?
You must amend the child's name in the "Parent" box on the Parental Order Form. The Co-ordinator will then make this ammendment when placing your order online.

How long does delivery of our order take?
The entire process from receipt of your Kit order to delivery is apporximately 6-8 weeks. Mugs and Coasters are delivered seperately to the cards and gift tags. Delivery is free to a UK address (excludes Channel Islands and Northern Ireland)

How much should the school/organisation charge the parents?
We recommend £5.00 per pack of cards, £6.00 per mug, £2.50 per coaster and £2.00 per pack of gift tags. However, the school/organisation can decide to set its own fundraising targets.

When and how do we pay you?
We send an invoice in the box with your final cards and request your payment within 14 days. The invoice is automatically emailed to the Co-ordinator

Who should parents make their cheques payable to?
Parents make their cheques payable to the school, NOT to Christmas Cards for Schools. The school/organisation collects individual parental payments and then they create one cheque or a Bank Transfer to pay us.

Can the school order reprints?
Yes. These are printed in the first week of December. All re-orders are priced at £7.50 per pack of cards, £7.50 per mug and £5.00 per coaster (All our prices include VAT and delivery to a UK address - excludes Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands). PLEASE NOTE: Gift Tags are not available as a re-order or a late order.
